Shipping and return policy

At Mister Drip, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. Therefore, we ship our high quality products directly from stock and provide fast delivery within 1-3 business days.

Returns

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to return a product and therefore we offer our customers the option to return the order within 7 days of receiving the order. The shoes/clothing must be unworn and returned in the original packaging. After receiving the shoes/clothing, you can choose to exchange the shoes. We cannot accept products purchased on sale for return or exchange.

At Mister Drip, we guarantee our customers quality products. Should you nevertheless not be satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the opportunity to return the shoes within 1 week of receiving the order. The shoes must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the shoes, you will be refunded the amount of the sneakers into your account.

Delivery time

We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Orders will primarily be delivered the next day, but we are dependent on how busy PostNL is. If your order is delayed, we will contact you to communicate the expected delivery time.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery by PostNL or other courier services. If your order is delayed, please feel free to contact our customer service and we will do our best to resolve the issue and get your order to you as soon as possible.
